These Terms of Service govern your use of coldfit.io and the Outbound Readiness Diagnostic (the "Service"), operated by Nenad Pavlov, sole proprietor, trading as coldfit.io ("I," "me," or "my"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
coldfit.io provides an automated, AI-powered diagnostic tool. You answer a series of questions about your business offer, ideal customer, and sales situation. Based on your answers, an AI-generated report is produced and delivered to the email address you provide. The Service is a digital software product. No human consulting, coaching, or advisory service is included.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Your payment is subject to Paddle's terms and conditions. I do not store your payment card details.
Your report will be delivered to the email address you provide at the time of purchase, typically within minutes of payment confirmation. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address. I am not liable for reports that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or inaccessible email address.
The report is generated by an AI system based solely on the answers you provide. It is informational in nature and reflects an automated analysis, not professional consulting, legal, financial, or marketing advice. Results depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of your answers. I make no guarantee of specific business outcomes from acting on the report's recommendations.
The report generated for you is for your personal and internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report or any part of it without my prior written consent. The diagnostic tool, its structure, and its underlying methodology remain my intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on the report. My total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
