This Privacy Policy explains how coldfit.io, operated by Nenad Pavlov, sole proprietor ("I," "me," or "my"), collects, uses, and handles your information when you use the Outbound Readiness Diagnostic.

1. What I Collect

When you use the diagnostic, I collect:

Contact information: your first name, last name, and email address
Diagnostic answers: your responses to the 20 questions about your business offer, ideal customer profile, sales situation, and related topics
Payment information: payment is processed entirely by Paddle, so I do not collect or store your card details

2. How I Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

Report generation: your diagnostic answers are processed by an AI system to generate a personalised report, which is delivered to the email address you provide
Internal lead qualification: a copy of your answers and your AI-generated score is reviewed internally to identify whether a personalised follow-up from me may be relevant to your situation. If your score indicates a strong potential fit, I may reach out to you directly
Service communication: I may send you the report and occasional follow-up emails related to your diagnostic results. You can opt out at any time

3. AI Processing

Your diagnostic answers are sent to a third-party AI service to generate your report. This processing involves sharing your answers (but not your name or email) with the AI provider. The AI provider processes your data solely to generate your report and does not use it to train models or for any other purpose.

4. Data Sharing

I do not sell your personal data. I share your data only with:

Paddle, my payment processor (Merchant of Record), subject to their own privacy policy
AI service providers, for the purpose of generating your report, as described above
Email delivery providers, to send your report to your inbox

I do not share your data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

I retain your diagnostic answers and contact information for up to 12 months. After that period, your data is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time by contacting me.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at nenad@simplygrow.co. I will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and Analytics

coldfit.io does not set cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts. Your visit is not recorded and is not linked to your identity. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the Paddle checkout window may set its own cookies when you pay. Both are covered by their own privacy policies.

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia and is designed to be consistent with applicable data protection regulations including the Serbian Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
